Complete Billing Systems is a privately owned Saskatchewan corporation. CBS was founded in 1984 by Dr. R. B. Hamilton. Dr. Hamilton wrote the first office based software package allowing Chiropractors and Physicians to directly bill MCIB by computer. Since those early days, CBS has been through a number of re-writes and updates.
